Automated Offering Memorandum Platform Now Live in Commercial REsource.

The new automated “Offering Memorandum” platform is now live in Commercial REsource. Once full subscribers to Commercial Resource post a property listing, the platform creates an automated property flyer and now allows you to create an automated Offering Memorandum for your listing. When you request an Offering Memorandum, you have the ability to fill in additional fields of data specific to the property type, upload property photos, add financial and demographic data and with a click of button, create an automated Offering Memorandum which you can forward to targeted clients.

To learn more about the new Automated Offering Memorandum tool, recorded training is located in the Training Library of Commercial Resource under ORION Web Site Basics/Sales Professionals. Live webinar training will also be accessible to all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliates in May and June. Watch for announcements directly from Commercial REsource with log-in information for the following dates:

In a special Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) webinar specifically for commercial professionals, we will review how text, images and photos, will enhance your presentations. To register :

  1. Go to REsource Center
  2. Click on the LearnCenter REsource link in the REsource Links block
  3. Go to the calendar date of the class, hover over the class and a window description will show. Click again on the desired Class and you will get a window that gives you the ability to click on “request” to complete the registration. This will automatically take you to your Transcripts.

On the day of the VILT class:

  1. Go back to the LearnCenter REsource Link
  2. On the top left hand corner, click on “View My Transcript”
  3. Click the Launch link to the far right of the course to join the WebEx session. You can join up to 20 minutes early.

Carisbrooke Apartments

Tom Duffy and Michael Charron, both seasoned professionals atBerkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in Manchester, New Hampshire recently sold the Carisbrooke Apartments, a 130 unit complex on 3.89 acres. Originally built in 1989 with 70 units, 38 units were added in 2006. According to the team, they encountered many eager buyers during the selling process as inventory is tight in the Northeast. PA Affiliate Sells 78-Acre Fields at Indian Creek Golf Course.

Bob Wiley and Bill Plasha of the Bob Wiley Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach REALTORS® in Allentown, PA represented Kay Builders and the seller of the golf course for nearly $5.5 million.  Due to a sale contingency on the developer receiving approval to go ahead with development plans for 180 homes, the sale took about 3.5 years to close and was complicated due to the fact the property spanned three municipalities all having different requirements before approving the project.
